  • We’re looking for a personable, driven, and style-conscious Wardrobe Consultant to join the team at Mr. B, a Midwest Clothiers company based in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a full-time, relationship-first sales role where you’ll guide clients through personalized consultations, help them build intentional wardrobes, and make looking sharp feel effortless.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through one-on-one wardrobe consultations

    • Offer guidance across custom and ready-to-wear clothing, including seasonal and special occasion outfitting

    • Build and maintain a personal client book through proactive outreach and in-store relationships

    • Make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and set up personal consults

    • Assist clients with selecting the right fit and help measure or prepare garments for tailoring when needed

    • Contribute to a clean, elevated, and welcoming store environment

    • Collaborate with a team that values professionalism, initiative, and follow-through

    • Maintain availability for retail peak hours, including Fridays and Saturdays

    • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and making people feel their best

    • A personal interest in menswear and style; experience is welcome but not required

    • A self-starter who is comfortable calling clients, setting appointments, and driving their own book of business

    • Organized, motivated, and eager to learn

    • Availability to work full-time, including weekends (Fridays and Saturdays are key client days)
